"Need colonist beds" appears when colonist moves to layer without assigned bed #65

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10, Version 1909 RimWorld Version: 1.2.2753 rev705 Z-Levels Mod Version: GitHub repo master, as of f6c5bf7 ModList: Harmony, Core, Z-Levels Beta, Stories Retold, EdB PrepareCarefully, Hair Modding Plus, RimNGE, RimNGE personal tweaks mod (only adds custom personal faction and apparel)

Issue Description When a colonist pawns moves to a different layer from the one where they have an assigned bed, the "Need colonist beds" message appears on the bottom-right hand side of the screen. The message disappears once the colonist returns to the same layer as their bed.

Expected Behaviour The "Need colonist beds" message should be suppressed if a colonist already has an assigned bed on any layer of the current map.
