Crafting on lower levels causes weird bug

So, the electric smelter on my lower level causes a weird glitch where all the crafting stations on a lower level are unable to be interacted with by the player (pawns seem to interact with it fine), until the electric smelter is uninstalled and reinstalled (it HAS to be uninstalled, not just reinstalled somewhere else), at which point everything fixes itself.

When I say it's unable to be interacted with I mean that I can't select bills (there's no button to do so), do any of the commands on the station (again, there are no buttons), or select anything else while that station is selected (nothing I click on is selected, including pawns, crafting stations, items and zones). I have to use the uninstall order from the order menu to uninstall it, and in order to select anything else I have to deselect the station first. While only the smelter needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled, every crafting station on the same Z-level is effected by this bug while it's occurring.

Edit: I forgot to mention this. This bug happens every time I reload a save. It is not a save file issue, as I make split save files every time I'm going to change mods, and this occurs on both save files, with or without the changed mods.

Post a Hugslib log or Player.log file. You most likely have some errors, preventing it from functioning.
