As was said in the title, I've had an issue where a pawn climbs a ladder to access a research table, and bugs its pathfinding.
The pawn remains in position to starvation and/or tiredness (I didn't stay until the pawn collapsed from either). Recruiting the pawn does allow to go down the ladder, but releasing it from recruitment makes it immediately go back up the ladder to guard its improvised post.
I am using the Linux build of the game, so that might be a reason why, but I've yet to find what exactly leads to this behavior.
The issue did not appear immediately upon launching the game, and it really seems as though one morning the pawn decided to just bug out.
