Future of This Project

I created this because of the success of my personal site (Website Repo), which I am proud of and is a pleasure to work on. It is easy to maintain (e.g. my blog) and easy to extend (e.g. TooGood to log).

I created this site because I wanted a public notebook of my interest in real estate.

1. The current tooling is limiting instead of enabling
2. I am not proud of my work; sometimes, I am just saving a link and asking some questions for future research, which makes the Website Website kinda messy
3. It is not a pleasure to work on it; I will just add something to GitHub Issues instead of the actual site.

I feel like I am rebuilding a worse version of an obsidian notebook.
