Feat: Add Dockerfile

Describe the feature

I want to add Dockerfile to the root of the project. A Dockerfile creates a containerized environment for applications, ensuring consistent deployment across different environments, simplifying scaling and isolation, and eliminating conflicts between dependencies and system configurations.
