Can't kill citizen NPCs without instantly crashing Garry's Mod #29

If I gib or even shoot a dead Citizen model, the game CTDs. Combine models work okay for some reason... I have tried using the mod without anything other mods installed, but even so it crashes to desktop when I kill anything using the citizen model.
