I read that Amazon throttles apps bandwidth depending on whether the app had production or development status. What is the status for ACDDokanNet?

Neither. Amazon Apps are not related to Amazon Cloud Drive and I dont see any option for that in Amazon Developer Console. I dont have any app registered in Amazon. Well, I don't care to register it but I have no "product images" for that, even app icon is not correct way to use Amazon image as I think.
