Added a cmdlet for creating folders. #4

Cmdlet for creating new folders. We don't use Integrated Windows Authentication, so it would be helpful if someone could test that scenario.

Thanks for helping with this! I'll test it out with the integrated auth. Wrote this before I started using Pester and AppVeyor, will add some scaffolding for those at some point

Edit: All good with integrated Windows auth.
