Cleanup PVCs not bound yet from VRG status #1335

When using recipes for volumes to specify the PVC selector for protecting or unprotecting the PVC, if ramen labels are not added and then label is added to unprotect the pvc, VRG status shows the "PVC not bound yet" message which needs to cleaned up.

Sample VRG portion with PVC not bound state:
