hack: fix kustomize install script #1423

The script failed on MacOS as tar refused to overwrite the archive with the binary. Use a different name for the archive that is downloaded before extracting the binary.

@nirs @ShyamsundarR Even after I updated the commit with the rm command in the script, Nir's approval wasn't removed. Is this a recent change?

It was always like this. We can change it by enabling:
