Layout for the matching screen, interaction screen #29

After the user clicks on the "Find chat partner", they will be directed to this screen.

Using the component PageView provided by Flutter to make it: https://api.flutter.dev/flutter/widgets/PageView-class.html

Please implement this feature by the end of 15/4.
