Translate README to russian

Hi, I believe you misunderstood me. :)

I meant - translate the README into Russian and store it in a separate file, and NOT overwrite the existing README.

The idea is to let the current README stay as it is, and also have a copy of the README in Russian. :)

Feel free to ask if you have any queries. :)

Got you, I've though about making another branch for readmes in other languages, but your point makes more sense, I'll change my PR
