update args of `export` function #2

Hi @RamiKrispin , thank you for a wonderful tutorial. Since your last update few things have changed and this PR aims to fix that.

  1. Arguments of shinylive::export function
  2. We no longer need to install dev version of shinylive and httpuv packages.
