What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Uncompress attached file
2. Attempt compressing with FreeArc 0.67 Dec 12 2012

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-No warnings

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
-I have confirmed files are not in use by rebooting and compressed with no 
issue using 7zip.
