fix following issues #1

some syntax errors for our environment (Line 26, 46)
change option override process so that we can set 'false' boolean values (Line 20)
add null check for 'i18nSettings' (Around Line 34)

Hi, @RamjiP . Our team are also developing amazon alexa skill on Azure function. I just found this excellent wrapper library a few days ago. I really appreciate your work. During the application of the library, I fixed some issues above. Please confirm at your convenience.
