[Feature request] resize on alt+shift and click

I dug through the menus and couldn't find a way to have a setup where you hold say alt+shift and then resize on single left/right click. The request stems from a laptop touchpad use case where if you trigger right click with two fingers it only registers as single click rather than right mouse down and instead treats it as left mouse down (well because that's what the hwevents are sent)
