Hi! Sorry for the delay in responding. I've been very busy, but I hope to be back to working on the mod as soon as possible.
Yes, Tactics Remix will cause a lot of compatibility problems with the Dusk mod. We plan to fix this in upcoming updates.
Regarding Mathyus's bug, I think it's an issue caused by Tactics. Maybe it's because both mods use the same area bcs. This should be fixed in upcoming updates (fingers crossed).

I did a few more runs; some mods create problems. Another possible culprit is the "back to brynnlaw" mod. Not sure if it uses the same house as Mytlyef elf... and where the demolisher dog is (best NPC of that mod by the way, perhaps you can make the dog playable and joinable like wilson bear). I did not play back to brynnlaw before so I have no idea about where it spawns.
I do know that the mod called Tactics remix (I think) causes issues, e. g. one spawn place for vampire lich is in that warehouse, and then the mod closes the exit, so you have to defeat them. I HATE such mods. Many mods simply break the existing gameplay. The fights are ok-ish, although too hard of such mods, but when they tamper with game mechanics it REALLY annoys me. Anyway, back to the dusk MOD.
The bug that I am having right now is that for the final fight, Matly-elf what's his name, he teleports me. So I talk to him, that works, then he says he will teleport - but he does nothing. Waiting does nothing either. I think there is a bug. (I have many bugs actually; for instance the golem stronghold, Edwin constantly screams about when he was being transformed before, and some code triggers this again and again and again when I enter the sphere stronghold where I make golems.)
Would it be possible for that elf to give the player an orb? That way the orb can be used to teleport to the area. Or perhaps as an option, e. g. option 1 "I will teleport the group", and option 2 "here is an orb to let you teleport" or something like that.
