Up scrolling in case of header only containing middle part #11

If my outer header only contains a middle view with a heading in it. What modifications are required in OuterItem onItemScrolled() method as it scrolls up wierdly

Hello, @chauhan-abhi. You may tune recyclerview with this library the way you need. Example app only shows one of the ways to use this lib.
