Triggers can be attached to a parent trigger, sharing its tag. In most cases, the child trigger's tag becomes unnecessary. Indeed, all examples that I've seen in vanilla Tiberian Sun maps have such child triggers with no tags. This creates a problem in WAE, as the Advanced->View Attached Objects trigger tool only accounts for tags. It should list the associated parent trigger(s) as well, if any.
Example of a child trigger from gdi5b.map. Also note the minor typo noassociated -> no associated.
