Sections Missing from Table of Contents in README #131

Description: Some sections of the README file are not included in the Table of Contents, which makes it harder for users to navigate through the document. The Table of Contents should reflect all the important sections to improve usability.

Steps to Reproduce: Open the README file. Compare the Table of Contents with the actual sections in the document. Notice that certain sections are missing from the Table of Contents.
