Lack of mobile design responsiveness #17

Considering this web application about registration for a fest organizing in the college. So I assume most of the user base will run it on their mobile phones. Thus, the responsiveness of this website should be taken care of, as most of them will run it on their mobile phones. The headline text and the form are not in a proper alignment center respect to the complete height-width of the screen. That should be fixed. Also, adding some more navbar items or content about the fest or website would make the website more visually appealing and informative too.

I want to work on the responsiveness for mobile design. Please assign.
