Document in the test plan/test matrix a manual integration test for the conversation sumamry.

Make sure the conversation summary has the format like the example below.

Resident Details: Name: Margaret Davis Age: 78 Sex: Female Medical Conditions: Mild dementia, mobility issues

Assistance Need: Resident experiencing difficulty breathing.

Recommended Course of Actions:

  1. Assess respiratory distress.
  2. Monitor vital signs.
  3. Call for immediate medical assistance.
