BCM 2708 Boot instead of RPi in COM-port #13

Hello Ramy, I am currently facing this issue for some time. I have connected my RPi zero W with my USB port. In my windows computer however I am not able to see any new COM port opening up. Instead I see BCM 2708 Boot in my other devices section. I have uploaded my Config.txt, cmdline.txt, wpa_supplicant.conf, and the ssh file, yet I am not able to see the RPI in the com port.

Kindly help me resolve this issue. Regards, Akash A

Please provide more info like: Did it work before but stopped working? Are you using the same PC? Same PI? Same cable? Did you try a different PC? Did you try a different cable? (Ideally one that you're sure allows data transfer)

There is not much that happens around this area of Serial Gadget enabling. If it doesn't work, it can either be a problem with the PC, the cable, the files (config and cmdline) or the RaspberryPi hardware
