utf-8 codec can't decode byte 0xaa in position 0:invalid start byte #18

I am trying to run my model now and I am able to connect to the raspberry pi but I keep on receiving this error when I start "utf-8 codec can't decode byte 0xe7 in position 22: invalid continuation byte". Any insights on how to fix this?
