Preserve starred status when moving feed between accounts #1674

Currently, if I drag a feed from eg. Feedbin to On My Mac, its starred items disappear. As NNW adds sync services, it would be great to have the ability to move between them without losing starred items.

(Related to #978, but without import/export roundtrip)

I'm also interested in something like this. I would like to be able to move/copy starred items between accounts, for example from innoreader to iCloud.

I was wondering why my Mac and iPhone weren't syncing then discovered the feeds were independent. I dragged-and-dropped the items from "On my Mac" to "iCloud" --- perfect, easy solution. It copied them over. And then I deleted the copies that were "On my Mac." And then I discovered that nothing was starred anymore. So, that's a bummer. I'm unlikely to run into this as a problem again, but when it happened, it was a surprise and undesirable.
