iCloud feeds auto-refreshing despite refresh feeds 'Manually only' setting on macOS #3953

Hello all! I've noticed a possible bug where my iCloud feed auto-refreshes despite my Refresh Feeds being set to "Manually only".

macOS: 13.3.1 App version: 6.1.2 (6114)

I have two feeds in my setup: On My Mac and iCloud. The only one that seems to be ignoring the manual refresh setting is iCloud. The On My Mac feed seems to obey the setting.

Historically, I've had Feedly feeds and didn't experience this issue then either. I've only recently started using iCloud feeds recently and noticed this issue right away.

Some additional context: Background App Refresh for NetNewsWire was enabled on my iPhone. Once disabled on my iPhone, the feeds stopped auto-updating on my Mac as well.

Once I open the app on my iPhone, it auto-refreshes, and the app on my Mac immediately reflects the updated unread count. Still, feeds are set to manually update only on my Mac despite this behaviour.
