Feedbin saved search #4071

It would be nice if NetNewsWire supported saved searches in Feedbin accounts. Saved Searches are part of the feedbin API.

One possible issue is that feedbin seems to have more extensive search syntax than NNW, and this would complicate the UI, so it might be better to just sync these instead of implementing editing/deletion?

I did some quick searching on the APIs of the other services that NNW supports, and it looks like only NewsBlur offers a similar saved search feature, where you can search a single feed id for a string, and it's only available for premium users.
