While adding feed, check if sidebar folder is focused and choose that as the selected folder in "Add feed" window #4221

1) Highlight a folder in the sidebar. 2) Paste a feed URL 3) "Add feed" window displays 4) The folder drop down in the window should be set to the selected sidebar folder (currently i think it's just set to the last-used from a previous feed addition...?)
