Base api client update + unit test comments

• Updated base_api_client to return same type for all non-json (based on @jk-randers' recent update to it on branch 44-sd-client)

TODO:

• Remember to update unit tests (for sbsys and nexus api clients) with new get header name ("get_auth_headers" -> "get_headers")
• Update delete request tests to handle a response object is returned and not a byte-string
