Remove all loadscreen randomizer promos and bot commands #135

The bot commands on layout load screens don't make any sense anymore with Randomania going away so they likely need to be removed. I see an opportunity here to make full screen load screens that folks may be able to screen shot and use as poster images for youtube vids? Or just generally cooler over all load screens that fill the full 1280x720.

FF6WC folks have requested the 4p loading screen be updated to remove RandoMania references. 2p is done already.
