Remove randoTracker version 1?? #93

Not sure if this is really necessary but there are only a few v1 layouts left and none of them really get used at all.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon
Super Mario Land 2
Wind Waker

Would in addition involve removing the js files for v1. Would need to track all of these down.

lttp 2p is also a v1 layout

All layouts listed above are gone from the tracker. And as far as I can tell its just this one file that powered v1 specifically of RandoTracker, so its all that would need deleting?
