16F84 lib missing RC OSC #51

The option for RC oscillator is missing from the lib for 16F84.

In stead of 'RC' you must specify 'EXTOSC_CLKOUT' for the 16F84.

Note: I'm not sure if an 'RC oscillator' is in all cases equivalent with 
'External
Oscillator'. Clarification appreciated (issue not closed yet).

I hoped that someone else would do the datasheet reading for me, but it seems I 
have
to do it myself! 
The puzzle of 'normalizing' oscillator settings is still an item on my agenda, 
but
independent of this issue. So I'll close it.
