Problem Description

Converting a 2K video into 1080p resolution, the vidcoder took around 2hr and 45 minutes to complete the task, while hardware encoding was on. Can you please help me with this issue?

What version of VidCoder are you running?

For starters you've selected the x264 encoder, which is not a hardware encoder. Also sometimes a filter, resize or frame rate change can bottleneck the encode with a CPU-bound operation.
