Manual means you have complete control over the size and pixel aspect ratio, so you can do whatever you want including changing the aspect ratio.
With Automatic, it will preserve the aspect ratio for you and comply with a set of constraints you give it. The checkbox no longer exists because it always does it now. For instance when you put in 1280x500, that told it that it can't have a width greater than 1280 or a height greater than 500.
If you don't like the behavior of Automatic mode you can tell it to do exactly what you want with Manual. If you'd like Automatic to work differently, let me know what you're trying to accomplish.
Thanks for your reply I think It just takes some time to get used to and maybe people just dont use storage resolution and display resolution any more have not seen it in a while in mediainfo.
I would also like to thank you for adding the CPU throttling option I really appreciate it no longer have to max out my processor or set affinity in windows to limit core use.
