Subtites does not processor right #456

Hi i use my blu rays to mkvs uing clonebd to change the subtitles format to dvd style since my wd media player does not support blu ray subs. The subs play ok before using vidcoder to compress my mkvs made from my discs. After the mkv is compress the subs do not play at all.. I told vidcoder to use the dvd format subs it lists the mkv with the dvd subs format in mediainfo but for some reason my wd media player wont play them from vidcoder. I tried both 3.16 and 4 beta versions same issue in both.

Try it with HandBrake. VidCoder uses HandBrake for the core encoding engine, so if the issue reproduces there it's an issue with their code and you can ask them for help. If it doesn't reproduce with HandBrake, we know it's a VidCoder issue.
