I have been coding for years and this is probably the newest something since a long time. I was just curious about the WHAT else it can do better?

Krilld commented 3 years ago

The LAZARUS releases that come out on xthor and other websites are just under AV-1 but I don't know what kind of software he uses to achieve this result.

Does there release has better image than x264 and or x265? Sincerly, never really downloaded anything from them.

Thanx. Regards.

That's correct.. CODEC AV-1 is better than x264 and or x265 :)

VidCoder exposes the functionality of HandBrake. To get that feature, you'd need to ask the HandBrake team to add it.

HandBrake added AV1 encode and decode support in version (1.3.0).

Wonderful ! Just waiting the release of vidcoder with this update :)

I think HandBrake can only load AV1 videos, not encode to it.
