Try it with HandBrake. VidCoder uses HandBrake for the core encoding engine, so if the issue reproduces there it's an issue with their code and you can ask them for help. If it doesn't reproduce with HandBrake, we know it's a VidCoder issue.

Okay so it looks like it's failing in HandBrake as well. This might be fixed when I update the hb.dll in the v7 Beta. Right now it's still using the same core as HandBrake 1.4.2.

7.1 Beta has a new version of hb.dll. You could try that to see if it's fixed.
