add data.preview.remote command #149

with quick pick data URL input box for remote data loading (http, ftp/sftp, webdav, etc.)

map it to Ctrl + Shift + R for remote data.preview per quick recon on vscode command shortcuts @amandeepmittal just performed on mac & win :)
