Change Q&A section to use blockquotes, not lists #30

A little more semantically accurate/robust, and happens to sidestep Modrinth's broken rendering of indented sub-lists

Oh, thanks for this! I just had a look what's going on with Modrinth, turns out it does sublists just fine and it was just the description that was messed up (it was missing spaces in front of every second -).

While quotes work too, I'm not sure I really like them. For one, the actual questions get indented and (at least on GitHub) grayed out, so it feels "backwards"; not like the first thing you're supposed to read. Alltogether it also feels less structured than a list, like flow text that has too little spacing between paragraphs. (Then there's also CurseForge Markup which simply does not support quotes.)

The GitHub description is actually a little outdated, I think instead of merging I'll update it separately if that's fine by you!
