Regen Grenade options #60

For Regen Grenade, what are the stats for it? like it says "with each level the 
chance to get grenades increases" but what's the chance for each level? there's 
no option to set the chances, there should be an option to set the chances of 
getting a grenade like "Chance %": the percent chance of regenerating a 
grenade" (multiplied by level) ect, ect...

Also, I've only gotten this to work on lvl 1, if you purchase 2+ lvls it stops 
working.
