Add Node Access Controls Limits #6

Currently the code only validates that you're a valid user with current membership. Need to add support for limiting access to certain nodes (possibly at certain times).

Features added and working. Still need to create unit test to ensure all the potential corner case bugs for these features work properly, but since the code seems to be working from a high level inspection. I am closing this issue. Was first working with commit 068881ed9b20da1f0976674b899bebeffe6ea270
