Minor changes to cute_sound #312

As the commits say:

added comment about arguments for cs_init
fixed warnings about unused variables (by doing (void)variable).
initialized two uninitialized pointers to NULL
cs_read_mem_ogg and _wav now set the *err to CUTE_SOUND_ERROR_NONE on success
added definition of cs_error_as_string
rename CUTE_SOUND_ERROR_THIS_INVALID_SOUND -> CUTE_SOUND_ERROR_INVALID_SOUND

It compiles fine on MSVC and Win11.
