UI issues together with PassivePowers mod #94

Immediate UI problems I can see are:

  1. "Equipping bronze cuirass"
  2. No Equipment slots when not tabbed (1-8 hotkeys)
  3. Big circle in the middle
  4. Permanent sneak icon?
