Attack Speed stacking with relogging

I encountered a problem with items which have +AttackSpeed Enchantment on them. Whenever I log out and log on to another world, the attack speed stacks. I'm playing with two worlds, one for building (without raids) and one for exploring. So I am constantly relogging between worlds. After a few times, the attack speed of all weapons with such an enchantment gets ridicoulously fast, doing 20 attacks in seconds. If I end the game and start a new one, it's normalized again. I guess, there is an initialization of the speed value missing on login.
