Broken Combat #675

I or anyone else on our server can attack or take damage from combat. We cannot use any of our tools to harvest stone, metals, or wood. I have completely wiped out the mods, and started a new world with epic loot as the only mod that is running and have the same issue.

there is a error in the startup sequence:
