1 year ago The client meeting had been meaningful as we were able to gather the requirements the client needed. The planning phase was done well as everyone was on the same page when referring to the noted requirements. We were able to produce the required deliverables to the best of our abilities and relatively on time.
The meeting with the client went well as we were able to collect multiple important information during the meeting. From there, the planning for each section of the project went quite smoothly. We were able to identify the needs of the client and come up with the requirements for the workload management website. Additionally, we came up with the product functions, project estimation and plan as we planned the project step by step.
