GamePad doesn't work #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. with some games (Final Fantasy Tactics (NTSC))

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

 the gamecube pad doesn't work

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

 Revision 45

PAD issues are known, I'm looking into them.

Just like to add some suggestions..

When is booted, shows menu to iso folder to select an iso.
also in options add support for the Gamecube to PSX controller adapter, which 
adds
viberation if not already so thus You can use ps1/ps2 controller through 
gamecube port.
