Fails to compile with a case sensitive filesystem #12

PCSXGC will not compile on a system which is case sensitive (linux in my
case). The problem is simply include statements written in lower case
rather than the actual filenames case.

Anyway, attached is a patch against r59 which allows me to build on linux,
it'd be great if it could be committed since it won't affect anything else.
