Enhancement (Input): Multitap support #19

Hi all !
First, I'm french so excuse my bad english ;)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Can't have a 3 or 4 player mode to work (On Micro Machine V3, I don't
try another game)
It would be great if it could be possible (8 players on micro machine V3
with pad sharing :D)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WiiSX Beta 1

pcsx not support multitap. Don't expect that wiisx will support it in near 
future.
It's not so easy to implement.
