Wiimote Support

Hey guys, I'm working with the source code here on wiimote support (with
classic controller support as soon as I get mine back from a friend, I'm
doing the wiimote by itself for now) with an intention of making it
compiler friendly (only compile in wiimote when using the wii makefile) and
with the full intention of allowing it to work seamlessly alongside the GC
controller.

Since I don't want to fork the project or make an unofficial release or
anything, what do I need to do when I'm done to send the patch up to you
for review and possible inclusion? I've got it *working* at this point, but
I want to fix some things, namely I want it to work for the file browser,
and not just in-game like its doing now. I'd also like to make sure that
before I commit any code, I'm coding in a style that will generally agree
with the rest of the project. Its a quick and simple job, but I'm ready for
this emulator to see life again.

Is there a tool I should use to generate a patch, or would you like me to
just send you the modified files? Basically, I've modified the pad file to
read in Wiimote buttons in addition to gamecube buttons, and I've modified
the makefile so that it includes wiilib, nothing more complex than that.

I guess what I'm asking for here is permission to work on the project, but
I'd like to have something meaningful done before asking to do so.

If this is the wrong place to put an "Enhancement" like this, feel free to
let me know.
